After purchase the adopt may be gifted, traded or sold.

Do not sell the design for more than you purchased it for, unless there is more art that raises the value.

Please credit me for the design at least once!

You may alter any details after the purchase.

Accepted payment methods include PayPal and Swish.

An invoice will be issued upon confirmation of a commission slot.

Payment is required within 7 days. Failure to pay will result in cancellation and blacklisting.

Full upfront payment is required before any progress begins.

Refunds are not offered once work has begun.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.

A visual reference (photo or reference sheet) is required. Text-only references count as custom designs and will incur an additional fee.

Minor adjustments to colours or markings may be made to better fit my style, but the character's recognizability will be maintained.

Continuous WIPs will be provided for approval.

Up to 3 revisions of the initial sketch are permitted. No major changes to the composition will be made after the sketch is approved.

Once the flat colors are approved, the piece will be finished.

Completed pieces are eligible for minor edits, such as correcting colors or markings. Major edits will not be accepted at this stage.

All copyright and display rights to the artwork are retained by me. Buyers are permitted to use the artwork for personal purposes such as printing, reposting or use as an icon.

My artwork may not to be sold, traced, reproduced or referenced without my permission.

Additionally, my artwork may NOT be used for AI or NFT.

Prices reflect personal usage only. For commercial rights or specific licensing, a custom quote can be provided upon request.

The estimated completion time is approximately 1 month depending on current workload.

Clients are encouraged to communicate freely with any questions or concerns!

Orders requiring a specific deadline must be placed at least 3 weeks in advance. Rush orders with deadlines shorter than 3 weeks will incur an additional 30% fee.
