After purchase the design may be gifted, traded or sold.

Do not sell the design for more than you purchased it for, unless there is more art that raises the value.

Please credit me for the design at least once, for instance on the reference sheet.

You may change anything after you've purchased the design.

Accepted payment methods only include Paypal & Swish, the latter available to swedish residents. Thank you for understanding!

Once a commission slot has been confirmed, an invoice will be sent to you

This invoice must be paid within 15 days, if left unpaid the commission will be cancelled and you will be blacklisted.

Upfront payment always required. No progress will be made until the invoice has been paid in full.

A visual reference must be provided, such as a photo, reference sheet or similar. Text-based references falls under the category of custom designs.

I reserve the right to interpret characters colour scheme & markings. This does not mean to the point where the character is unrecognizable, but smaller things such as tweaking the colours and eventually adjusting the markings to better fit my style.

Sketch approvals will be provided before completion. The exception to this rule are smaller pieces such as icons, sketches, headshots and the like.

I will completely redo the sketch once if you do not like the initial concept.

It is crucial that you provide me with every detail you wish to include at this stage as I will not redo the sketch once it is approved.

I will not do any major edits on a completed commission. Minor edits such as correcting markings and colour errors will be made, but as previously mentioned, please make sure you include everything in your description!

As the artist, I retain all copy- and display rights to the artwork. You are allowed to use your paid commissions for private purposes such as printing it, reposting and/or use as your icon.

My artwork is not to be sold, traced, reproduced or referenced without my permission. If you are not the commissioner I kindly ask you to refrain from this.

Prices listed are only intended to reflect artwork for personal usage. If you wish to purchase all/certain rights, please contact me for a quote.

Estimated turnaround time is roughly 3-4 weeks. It all depends on how busy my schedule is for the month, and my pace can be slow at times. This is to ensure the highest of quality to the client.

I highly encourage free communication between me and you as the client! I am happy to answer any inquiries or concerns you may have. Feel free to ask me about updates, but please allow at least 1-2 weeks to pass.

If there is a deadline to be met make sure to place your order at least 3 weeks ahead as I usually do not accept rush orders.

An additional fee of 30% of the total amount will be added if the deadline is less than 3 weeks.
